Meet Owner Chef Moriyuki Kanamaru
Chef Mori brings decades of sushi experience and a creative spirit to The Brothers Sushi Beverly Hills. An alumnus of acclaimed restaurants including Asanebo and Jinpachi, he spent the past four years as Executive Chef at The Brothers Sushi Santa Monica.
Also a talented artist with a passion for drawing anime - Chef Mori brings that same artistic eye to his cuisine, blending refined sushi craftsmanship with creativity and thoughtful presentation. At our new Beverly Hills location, his experience and imagination come together in a menu that is distinctly his own.
